Frequently Asked Questions

WE ARE MOVING TO A BRAND-NEW SWIM SCHOOL PORTAL! See below a list of helpful things to consider during this transition.

When does the Club Lime Swim School Portal launch?

Our BRAND-NEW Swim School Members Portal will splash into action from the beginning of Session 3, Monday August 26th, 2024. Current Swim School families will be able to access the portal to create a new account from Wednesday August 14th. Families that are new to the program will be able to enrol from Monday August 19th.

Do I need to attend the facility to complete the enrolment process?

No! You can now create an enrolment via the Swim School Members Portal anywhere, anytime. Of course, you are more than welcome to visit CISAC or ANU and have our team walk you through the process on one of our iPads or your personal device.

I am already a Club Lime Swim School Member, why do I need to create a New Enrolment?

All our current Members will be required to create an account and new enrolment via the Swim School Portal. This will ensure that we capture the most up to date personal and enrolment information.

Will my current enrolment Day and Time be secured if I do not create a New Enrolment via the Members Portal?

No, your current Session 2 enrolment will not carry forward to the new session. To continue from Monday August 26th, you will need to enrol via the new portal. BE QUICK TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.

What happens to my current Enrolment?

All current Session 2 enrolments will automatically cease as of the end of Sesson 2, Sunday August 25th. Final debits for the current session will August 1st or 15th depending on your scheduled lesson day.

Do I need to know what level my child will need to be enrolled in for the new session?

Yes, please ensure you know what level you child needs to be enrolled in for the new session. If you are unsure on whether they have graduated, please contact our team directly. It is important that you enrol your child in the correct level to avoid disappointment if their enrolment needs to be changed once the session starts.

Who should be nominated as the Responsible Person (RP) account for my family?

In addition to been responsible for billing, the RP nominated will have ultimate control to self-manage the account including student check-in, notifying a student absence, booking a makeup lesson, and making a change to or cancelling an enrolment in the future.

Will I need to make a payment at the time of completing a New Enrolment?

Yes, you will be required to make a prorata payment at the time of completing your new enrolment. The amount will include any lessons scheduled prior to your first automated debit.

When will my first automatic debit take place?

Your first automated debit against the updated payment details will occur on Thursday August 29th or September 12th depending on your chosen lesson day.

My child is currently enrolled at CISAC in SAL7, why can I only see an option to enrol in a SAL7/8 class?

Similarly to the ANU class structure, CISAC will offer a combined SAL7/8 and JNR/SNR class from the beginning of Session 3 2024. This class structure will increase the availability options available for SAL7, SAL8, and Junior and Senior Strokes and make it easier for families to have all the students enrolled at the same time. Once enrolled, our team will assign the correct assessment criteria to your child’s account.
